The Waiting Room is designed to deliver a ‘next-level’ cocktail and wine experience in an informal and relaxed environment. A place where you can sample classic mixology with our particular ‘twist’ and experiment with a selection of flavours and spirits you may not have tried before.

At Chez Burton we aim to collaborate with local suppliers and businesses to bring the very best that Hertfordshire has to offer, along with some of the highest quality, premium level spirits, mixers and food produce. All our signature cocktails have a story. Our coffee is roasted locally in Letchworth at Level Ground Co who also train our staff to bring guests the perfect cup of coffee.
